Certificate III in Children's Services (CHC30402)
The Certificate III allows graduates to work as trained assistants in a child care environment.  Students learn how to use children's profiles to plan activities, provide care and facilitate play to achieve developmental outcomes.  Students who complete the Certificate III can expect to gain work as a child care assistant, family day carer or nanny.

Mode: Full Time
Duration: 25 Weeks

Diploma of Children's Services (CHC50302)
The Diploma allows graduates to work as a room or group leader, sometimes referred to as a coordinator in a children's services centre.  The Diploma prepares students for the responsibility of planning and implementing quality programs to meet the developmental needs of children.  Depending on the setting, graduates with this qualificiation may have staff supervision responsibilities.

Graduates of this course can negotiate significant credits towards University qualifications.

Duration: 40 or 65 Weeks

Certificate III in Aged Care Work (CHC30102)
The Certificate III prepares graduates to work as an assistant in the aged care sector including community nursing, home help, information services and day care centres as well as hostels, nursing homes and acute care.

Students are taught how to provide care and support to the aged in residential and community settings.  The course equips students with the professional ethics appropriate to the provision of aged care and provides the theoretical framework for workers to work within the industry.

Duration: 15 Weeks

Certificate IV in Aged Care Work (CHC40102)
The Certificate IV gives graduates the knowledge and skills required to work at a supervisory level in the aged care sector.  The course focuses on communication and working with groups, sevice development and case work, and is suitable for those interested in working as a team leader, personal carer, community house worker, nursing assistant or field officer.

The Certificate IV in Aged Care Work is a pathway to certificates in Nursing or University study.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA30104)
The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is designed for those looking to gain the skills required to become a qualified trainer and assessor in both private and government registered training organisations.  Students learn about training in an adult learning environment and how to design training programs using Australian training packages and competency based assessment.

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the perfect tool for those looking to kick start their career or offer it a fresh new direction.
Mode: Part Time
