Issuance of Qualifications & Statements

PURPOSE

• To ensure that Statements of Attainment and Qualifications are issued according to legislative and regulative requirements.
• To ensure that the issuance of statements and certificates to students is fair and reasonable.

POLICY

All Statements of Attainment and issuance of Qualifications meet the requirements of the state act or authorities and conform to the AQF Implementation Handbook.

Where a student has completed only part of a qualification, a Statement of Attainment will be issued within 14 days of the formal notification of cancellation/withdrawal being received by our office.

Statements of Attainment, Statements of Results and Qualifications will not be issued until all training fees have been paid. Queensland User Choice Trainees/Apprentices are excluded from this requirement.

Qualifications and Statements of Results are issued to students within 21 days of completion. Qualifications and statements will be sent via post to the student's home address.

A copy of each is kept in the student's file.

A re-issuing fee will apply for any qualification that requires re-issue. Contact our office for the current cost.
