Gaby Benitez
Office Coordinator
Gaby is the Office Coordinator for our Victorian Head Office so she looks after the day-to-day coordination of jobs and tasks in our office and supervises some of the other administrators. Briony takes care of all new student enrolments, making sure that students are enrolling into the most appropriate course for them and advising on the suitability of traineeships. Gaby can also help with any course enquiry (Cert III through to Advanced Diploma) and can provide you with information such as course delivery modes, course content, fees, eligibility of traineeships etc.
Gaby’s other tasks include issuing of qualifications, processing of student completions, suspensions and withdrawals, organising graduations and liaising with employers and apprenticeships centres. Gaby is completing her Certificate III in Business Administration.

Merryn Degnan
Accounts Officer
Merryn is the Accounts Officer for Victoria, South Australia & Queensland. Merryn’s role involves invoicing, accounts receivable, debt collection and payroll for school based trainees, trainers and office staff. Merryn has a strong background in Administration having completed her Certificate II & III in Business (Office Administration), and is currently undertaking a Certificate III in Financial Services.
Merryn previously worked in an accounts management role within Body Corporate, and has 8 years experience in varied administration roles throughout Australia.
June Hall
ASBA Administration Assistant
June started with CMC - Training at Work in July 2007, she is working as the ASBA Administration Assistant. For the past 4 years June has been part of a very large national public sector organisation, in the Marketing and Education team in Melbourne, delivering the volunteer and secondary school, education programs, across Victoria. June actively supports the CMC trainers and team with administration support. Junes tasks include, enrolments, registrations & reports, mailouts, delivering teaching and learning materials and answering student enquiries.
Emily Hodge

Emily is our Administration Assistant who works in our Head Office part-time while she also studies at university. During uni holidays, Emily works full-time helping out with all those busy periods.
Emily assists by processing new enrolments as they come in, ensuring we have all the details we need and sending letters to new and current students and employers. Emily also assists with student bookings, ASBA administration, mail outs, results processing and general administration.
Emily’s looks after EziDebit requests as well and follows up with customers who need assistance setting this up or sorting out EziDebit problems or queries.

Charlotte Page
Marketing Assistant
Charlotte is the Marketing Assistant. She takes care of document control and formatting, liaising with graphic designers, liaising with printers, assistance in writing advertisements and flyers, maintains the website, proofing documents and much more. Charlotte has a strong background in Administration and has completed a Diploma in Business.
Danielle Reynolds
Customer Service Officer
Danielle looks after customer service and takes care of important student administration on a day to day basis such as entering student results, sending resources out to students, responding to student queries and making bookings for training. Danielle is currently completing her Certificate III in Business through a workplace based traineeship.
Natalie Wright
Personal Assistant to Jacqui Hodge
Nat has a varied background ranging from Retail Management, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Music and Entertainment, to Employment and Training and is now focussing on combining all of that experience as a Personal Assistant for Jacqui, our Managing Director.
This is Nat’s second role as a Personal Assistant as she is passionate about this sort of work. Having previously worked as a Trainer for an RTO she has a good grasp on the requirements of a training company as well as having heaps of experience in administration, juggling deadlines and doing all kinds of tasks that are required of a PA.

Joining CMC as they launched into QLD, Ellie now fulfils the challenging role of QLD Office Coordinator, managing student enrolments and results, as well as supporting Teena in coordinating training in Queensland and managing the busy QLD campus.Ellie started her career 13 years ago as a Group Leader and later as a Childcare Centre Director. Most recently her role was in RTO Contract Management. Ellie has also trained and assessed for CMC and has worked hard to help CMC become established in Queensland.
Sarah McGilvray
Administration Assistant
Sarah joined the CMC QLD team in March 2007 following a busy role as receptionist for the Department of Justice. Wanting to move out of the city after the birth of her first child, her role at CMC means she is now only minutes away from her home and her son’s child care centre.
With a Certificate II in Business Administration and currently enrolled in the Certificate III in Business Admin, Sarah has a busy role in processing student enrolments, issuing qualifications, and booking students into classes.
Patricia Moreira
Administration Assistant
Patricia has intensity for life that is evident in her role as reception / administrator in CMC’s busy QLD campus. A 10 year background in customer service, sales and marketing, and administration combined with a Certificate II in Customer Contact and a Certificate IV in Business Administration has equipped Patricia with the skills required to support students, clients and staff on a daily basis. Patricia also has a certificate in Massage Therapy and teaches singing – all reflective of her love of people and her caring attitude towards others.
Bree Tarrant

Bree works as the Administration Assistant at our Queensland College. Bree does many tasks helping the day-to-day running of the college. Bree photocopies resources for training sessions, processes faxes as they come in, some results and data processing, sends out letters to new and current students and employers, answering the phone and greeting our customers and students as well as much more.
Bree has started a traineeship in Business Services Administration with CMC – Training at Work.
