Cyndie Bignell

Cyndie began working in childcare in Melbourne in the early 80’s after completing a Childcare Diploma at Swinburne. After gaining a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) Cyndie has worked in Kindergarten and prep classes, including Steiner Education, for the last 10 Years.
Cyndie is committed to ongoing learning and professional development for early childhood staff, and provision of quality care and education for pre-school children.

Rosemary has many years experience as Director and worker in childcare centres. As well as her industry experience Rosemary is a member of the Victorian Coordinators Association and the Victorian Children's Services Association. Rosemary has a strong interest in keeping abreast of new developments in Childcare and also offers bookkeeping services to Childcare centres
Melinda Carlyle

Melinda obtained her Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) in 1997, and has worked in various roles within the early childhood profession.
Beginning as a pre-school teacher, and eventually taking on an authorized supervisor position and Childrens Centres Coordinator Melinda has also been a validator for the National Childrens Accreditation Council, and Early Year’s Coordinator for independent schools in the U.K.
Melinda has managed before and after school centres and has given support to Childrens Service Organisation with curriculum development and Staff Management.
Pam Chapman

Pam has worked as coordinator and team leader for a number of Childcare centres. Pam has a Bachelor of Arts (Early Childhood), a Diploma in Business Management, an Associate Diploma in Social Science as well as a Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training.
Sue Copp

Sue Copp began working initially in the Primary Education sector for 10 years. Then moving on to own her own Child Care Centre for 7 years and later Directing a privately owned service. With experience in running programs in all age groups Sue then moved into Occupational Health and Safety Training after working part time within her family business involving OHS. Since gaining Cert IV in Workplace Training/Assessment Qualifications Sue has been actively involved in providing OHS training specifically for Early Childhood Staff. Sue also has qualifications in Professional Counselling, Ergonomics, Pre and Post natal Family support.

Maree has a long history in the provision of Centre-based care services having managed many services across Victoria. She brings to the CMC team current industry knowledge. She is a qualified trainer and assessor and is currently a member of the Coordinator's Association of Victoria
Helen Harrison

Helen has over 20 years experience working within the early childhood industry; this includes experience both in Australia and the UK. She has worked as a Director of Kindergarten, taught in primary schools as well as being the Director of two Child Care Centre’s. Most recently, Helen has been involved in training and assessing students across a variety of child care settings, including on the job training, Family Day Care and formal classroom lecturing.
Helen holds a Diploma of Teaching (Early Childhood), Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and a Certificate IV in Workplace and Assessment.

Katie has 10 years experience in the early childhood industry, working in various roles ranging from an assistant to manager. Katie has completed her Diploma in Children’s Services, Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services as well as Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment. She is a current member of the Coordinator’s Association of Victoria.

Prior to joining CMC Rosemary has had a teaching career in Victoria, NSW and WA. More recently she has worked as a child care consultant in the USA.
For seven years Rosemary worked as a quality enhancement specialist for a project that worked to improve the qualities of childcare in Centres and family childcare settings.
